Program: Screen Printing and Custom Sewing

Objective: Tagger markets messenger bags incorporating an exchangeable, customized flap in 19 countries on 3 different continents. When the company decided to launch their product in the US, they had a problem with the long lead time in getting the custom flaps to the US from Europe.

Solution: Big Sky custom-designed a special screenprinting process to handle the unique shape and material of Tagger bag flaps, including a proprietary vacuum table used to secure each individual flap during our screenprinting process. These techniques, processes, and our outstanding print quality were noted by Tagger as being better than the biggest screenprinting company in Europe! Tagger now uses Big Sky to do all of their standard and custom flaps for the US market.
