Program: Large Format Printing and Custom Sew & Cut

Objective: Provide custom designed apparel and related products for an aviation industry organization. Items needed to be made of lightweight and functional material that would convey an aeronautical theme.

Solution: Big Sky came up with the idea to use its Large Format printers to print sectional aeronautical maps on special media -- essentially creating our own fabric. The fabric is then custom-sewn into jackets, headset bags, chart bags, duffel bags, tote pags, pillows, mouse pads, and much more for our customer. All items can be customized with their own sectional map associated with the particular airport or pilot request.
